About Us

132slotcar.us is the Internet home of 132SlotCar Raceway, in Tacoma, WA. We have been in business since 1998, and we are an authorized Scalextric Service Center. Our management has been involved with model car racing for over 40 years.

Making A Purchase

The easiest way to shop with us is to use our online shopping cart and pay with your credit card. But if you prefer to phone in your order, call our toll-free order line at: 1-888-774-3227. Our normal phone hours are:

• Saturday - 12:00noon - to 9:00pm

Shipping And Handling

Shipping within the Continental United States, including Alaska & Hawaii, will be free for all orders over $50.00 (USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground).

Orders from Canada for cars and parts over $50 are shipped free via 1st Class Mail International - uninsured and at your risk. We recommend and prefer shipping via Priority Mail International. We will cover up to 10% of the order value towards the shipping cost, and add the balance to your invoice.

Overseas orders will be charged applicable additional shipping charges at our cost. Overseaes orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, with Insurance, unless other arrangements are made.

If an item is Out of Stock or if there will be a delay in the shipping of your order, we will contact you. If you need your order faster we have USPS Express Mail, or FedEx Overnight are available, but you will be charged the additional cost on your credit card. Just select your shipping requirement during final checkout. Please include a phone number so we can contact you and confirm your request and what the extra shipping cost will be.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are shipped from Tacoma, WA. so you can figure out about how long a order should take to get to you. If your order goes USPS Priority Mail it take 2 to 3 days for most locations in USA. FedEx Ground or Home Delivery takes 1-3 days for West Coast, and 3-5 days for Mid-West to East Coast.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Sales tax of 8.8% will be added to all orders shipped to a Washington State address.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns and Exchanges

132slotcar.us takes great care in seeing that your order is shipped accurately and packed to arrive to you safely. Please open and inspect your order closely when it arrives and contact us immediately if there is a problem with receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged item. We will work with you to solve any issues you may have and repair or replace any parts or cars as necessary. Returns or Exchanges can only be made on items in their original packaging and not used.

Warranty

All sets sold by 132slotcar.us come with a Limited 90-Day Warranty and a copy is included with each set. As an authorized Scalextric Service Center, we will service, repair, or replace at our discretion, any damaged or defective item. Returned items must be sent postage paid. We will contact you regarding service options or applicable charges. All labor will be carried out at no charge during the Warranty period.
