| All regular orders ship within 2-3 business days. |
| On all service, repairs, special or custom orders, please allow one week to process. While we ship orders on a daily basis, special requests, service, repairs, etc. are normally done on weekends. |

Shipping costs are not automated, and will be added manually prior to shipping.

| USPS shipping to Canada policies and prices have recently changed. |
| Orders to Canada shipped by First Class International - uninsured at your risk. |
| USPS Priority Mail International Insured to Canada - we pay amount of 1st class, or up to 10% of order amount, and you pay difference only. |
| All other orders will be shipped at cost. |

| International shipping is billed at our cost. |

Warranty and Returns.
We stand behind everything we sell 100%. any item found to be defective will be serviced, repaired or replaced no charge.
All purchases are warrantied for a minimum of 90 Days. Please contact us if you have a problem with any purchase of Slot Cars or related product.
We also service and repair Slot Racing Products no matter where they are purchased.
We never charge labor on repairs, only for replacement parts and shipping.
Please contact us if there is any problem with an item purchased from us or any Store selling slot cars.
We can only give a full refund for new unopened items, all other items will be serviced, repaired or replaced at our discretion.
